Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using AI TRPG

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms of Service (hereinafter "the Terms") set forth the conditions for using AI TRPG (hereinafter "the Service"). By using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to the Terms.

Article 2 (User Registration)

Those who wish to use the Service shall apply for user registration by the method prescribed by us after agreeing to the Terms, and user registration will be completed when we approve the application.

We may not approve an application for user registration if we determine that the applicant has any of the following reasons:

If false information is provided in the application for user registration
If the application is from a person who has violated the Terms
If we determine that user registration is otherwise inappropriate

Article 2-2 (Age Restriction)

The Service is intended for individuals aged 13 and over. Individuals under 13 years of age may not use the Service.

If a minor uses the Service, they must obtain consent from their parent or legal guardian before use.

Article 3 (Account Management)

Users shall appropriately manage their Service account and password at their own responsibility.

If a user becomes aware that their account or password is being used by a third party, they shall immediately notify us and follow our instructions if provided.

Article 4 (Prohibited Acts)

Users shall not engage in the following acts when using the Service:

Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
Acts related to criminal activities
Acts that destroy or interfere with the functions of our servers, networks, or those of other users or third parties
Acts that may interfere with the operation of the Service
Acts that collect or accumulate personal information about other users
Acts of unauthorized access or attempts thereof
Acts of impersonating other users
Acts of directly or indirectly providing benefits to antisocial forces in connection with the Service
Other acts that we deem inappropriate

Article 4-2 (Paid Services)

The Service offers a free plan (Free) and a paid plan (Premium).

1. Fees and Payment

Fees for the paid plan are as displayed within the Service
Payment is processed through Stripe's payment system
Credit card information used for payment is not stored by the Service
Fees are prepaid and automatically renewed monthly or annually

2. Plan Changes and Cancellation

Plan changes are possible at any time
Cancellation is possible at any time, but no pro-rata refunds will be provided
After cancellation, paid plan features remain available until the end of the paid period

3. Refund Policy

In principle, no refunds will be provided except in the following cases:

If the Service has a critical defect that makes it difficult to use
In case of system errors such as double charging

Article 5 (Suspension of Service)

We may suspend or interrupt the provision of all or part of the Service without prior notice to users if we determine that any of the following reasons exist:

When performing maintenance, inspection, or updating of the computer system related to the Service
When provision of the Service becomes difficult due to force majeure such as earthquake, lightning, fire, power outage, or natural disaster
When computers or communication lines stop due to accidents
When we determine that provision of the Service is otherwise difficult

Article 5-2 (Intellectual Property Rights)

1. Intellectual Property Rights of the Service

Intellectual property rights for the Service and all related content (text, images, programs, designs, etc.) belong to the Service operator or legitimate rights holders.

2. User-Created Content

Copyright for content created and posted by users on the Service (scenarios, characters, posts, etc.) belongs to the users themselves. However, users grant the Service the following rights:

Use for the operation, promotion, and improvement of the Service
Publication and distribution to other users (limited to publicly available content)
Reproduction, adaptation, and public transmission within the Service

3. AI-Generated Content

The right to use text, images, and other content generated by the Service's AI features belongs to the user who requested the generation. However, please note the following:

AI-generated content may be similar to that of other users
Commercial use of AI-generated content is at your own risk
Please refrain from use if there is a risk of infringing on the rights of third parties

4. Use of Public Scenarios

Scenarios created and published by other users may be used only for play within the Service. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or posting to external sites is prohibited.

Article 5-3 (Account Deletion)

Users may delete their account at any time from the Service settings screen.

When an account is deleted, the following data will be deleted:

Account information (email address, password, profile, etc.)
Created scenarios and characters
Posts, comments, and reviews
Game play history

However, information required by law to be retained (such as payment history) may be retained for a prescribed period. Additionally, once deleted, data cannot be restored.

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

The Service does not guarantee, either expressly or implicitly, that the Service is free from factual or legal defects (including defects related to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, validity, fitness for a particular purpose, security, errors or bugs, and infringement of rights).

Disclaimer Regarding AI-Generated Content

Please note the following regarding content generated by the Service's AI features:

We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness of AI-generated content
AI-generated content may contain factual errors, inappropriate expressions, or third-party rights infringements
The Service assumes no responsibility for any damages arising from the use of AI-generated content
Users shall confirm the content at their own responsibility and use it appropriately when using AI-generated content

The Service assumes no responsibility for any damages caused to users by the Service, except in cases of intentional or gross negligence on the part of the Service. However, this disclaimer does not apply if the contract between the Service and users regarding the Service (including the Terms) constitutes a consumer contract as defined in the Consumer Contract Act.

Article 7 (Changes to Terms)

We may change the Terms at any time without notice to users if we deem it necessary. If a user begins using the Service after the Terms have been changed, that user is deemed to have agreed to the changed Terms.

Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

Japanese law shall be the governing law for the interpretation of the Terms. In the event of a dispute regarding the Service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of our head office shall have exclusive agreed jurisdiction.
