What You Need to Start TRPG
What Traditional TRPG Required
Traditional TRPGs (Tabletop Role-Playing Games) required:
- Friends: Fellow players to play with (3-5 people)
- Game Master (GM): Someone to facilitate the story
- Rulebooks: Books containing game rules
- Dice: Polyhedral dice for checks
- Character Sheets: Paper to record character information
- Time: 3-6 hours per session

How to Start with This App
Step 1: Create an Account
1. Click "Start Now" on the top page
2. Enter your email and password
3. Or instantly log in with Google/Twitter account

Step 2: Choose a GM Persona
AI GM TRPG offers 3 types of GM personas:
🔮 The Oracle (Story Guide)
Characteristics: Kind and helpful, beginner-friendly
Style: Polite explanations, provides hints
Recommended for: First-time TRPG players
👻 The Phantom (Shadow Director)
Characteristics: Mysterious, emphasis on direction
Style: Tense developments, unpredictable stories
Recommended for: Those who enjoy horror and suspense
⚡ The Catalyst (Agent of Change)
Characteristics: Challenging, values player choice
Style: High freedom, unexpected developments
Recommended for: Experienced players
Beginners should choose "The Oracle"!
Step 3: Create Your Character
On the character creation screen, set the following:
Basic Information
Name: Your character's name
Examples: Eris, Cain, Lyria
Archetype (Class): Your character's specialty
✅ Fighter: Excels at close combat
✅ Wizard: Can use magic
✅ Rogue: Quick and dexterous actions
✅ Cleric: Can use healing magic
Stats
HP (Health): You fall when it reaches 0
Strength: Physical attack power
Dexterity: Action speed and evasion rate
Intelligence: Magic power
If unsure, use the "Auto-generate" button!
Step 4: Choose a Scenario
Characteristics of scenarios for beginners:
🌟 Recommended for Beginners: "Ruins in the Deep Forest"
Difficulty: ★☆☆☆☆ (Easy)
Play Time: 30 min - 1 hour
Content: Explore an old forest and find lost treasure
Features: Little combat, exploration-focused and gentle
🔰 When You Get Used to It: "The Lost Spellbook"
Difficulty: ★★☆☆☆ (Normal)
Play Time: 1-2 hours
Content: Adventure to retrieve a stolen spellbook
Features: Good balance of combat and puzzles
Refer to the difficulty display when choosing!
Step 5: Start Your Adventure
1. Click the "Start Playing" button on the scenario
2. The AI GM begins narrating the opening
3. Choices are displayed - select and click
4. Or you can freely input your actions
At first, just select from the choices!
Once you get used to it, try declaring actions freely:
Examples:
"Proceed while staying alert"
"Investigate the direction of the suspicious sound"
"Ready my weapon and observe the situation"
Tips While Playing
Declaring Actions
Be specific when communicating with the AI GM:
❌ Bad example: "Go"
✅ Good example: "Carefully proceed into the deep forest"
❌ Bad example: "Check"
✅ Good example: "Examine the door handle and check for traps"
Understanding Dice Rolls
When a check is needed, the AI GM automatically rolls dice:
🎲 Dice Roll: d20 (20-sided die)
Result: [15] + 3 (ability modifier) = 18
Check: Success! (Target: 15)
Higher numbers increase success chances!
Using the Save Feature
You can save your game anytime:
1. Click the "Save" button in the upper right
2. Enter a save name (e.g., "Exploring the forest")
3. Save complete!
Later, you can continue from "Load".
Free plan: Save up to 3 games Premium plan: Save up to 20 games
Common First Questions
Q: What happens if I fail?
A: Failure is part of the story!
When you fail:
→ Try a different approach
→ Ask allies for help
→ New developments emerge
If the AI GM detects consecutive failures,
it will provide hints or adjust difficulty.
Q: What if I fall in combat?
A: It's not game over
When HP reaches 0:
→ You lose consciousness
→ AI GM adjusts the story
→ Allies help you (if NPCs are present)
→ Or the story proceeds differently
Q: How much time does it take?
A: You can proceed at your own pace
Short scenarios: 30 min - 1 hour
Standard scenarios: 1-2 hours
Long scenarios: 2-4 hours
You can save and pause midway,
so you can play in short sessions!
Q: Can I enjoy it alone?
A: Of course!
This app is designed for solo play.
The AI GM weaves a story just for you.
Playing alone allows you to:
